Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using OptimListing ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OptimListing provides AI-powered marketplace listing optimization for Etsy, and in the future, eBay and Amazon. The Service includes manual listing optimization, automated store audits, and bulk optimization features.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription and Billing

OptimListing offers Free, Starter ($9/month), and Professional ($16/month) plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Dodo Payments. You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

5. Etsy Integration

By connecting your Etsy shop, you authorize OptimListing to access your listing data through Etsy's official API. We request read-only access. You may revoke this authorization at any time. OptimListing is not affiliated with or endorsed by Etsy, Inc.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our AI provides optimization suggestions based on marketplace SEO best practices. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that optimized listings will result in increased sales, views, or rankings. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing to your marketplace.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of marketplace terms of service.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or subscription tiers.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.
• Upload malicious content or attempt to disrupt the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. OptimListing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to lost sales or marketplace penalties.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify active users of material changes via email.
